With Mother’s Day right around the corner, I though it might also be a great time to acknowledge how amazing you’re body and mind are.
If you stop and think about all the times you’ve starved yourself, binged on fast food, deprived yourself of sleep, hated your hips/thighs/boobs … and it just keeps waking you to another glorious day of life and breathe and opportunity to do it better today.
Your mind oversees everything from regulating heartbeat to expelling toxins. It watches out for danger and warns you of nasty people.
Take a couple of minutes today and be grateful for all the stuff that happens without conscious thought and for you to live another day.
